Our financial economist will manage a range of accounting functions to ensure The economist will play a key role in ensuring that all financial transactions are carried out with precision, accuracy and efficiency. key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company by overseeing the accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the company's financial objectives. I'm not going to tell you what to do. • Overseeing and managing all accounting operations, including the book of general, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. • Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports and financial documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations and standards accounting, including the timely presentation of all tax obligations. • Coordinating and supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Offering detailed financial analyses to support management in the process of strategic decision making and performance optimization. • Maintaining and improving internal controls over financial reporting and processes accounting, ensuring operational efficiency and risk management. • Developing and managing the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process for supporting the company's growth objectives. • Monitoring cash flow and providing financial risk assessments to support sustainable business functions. • Working closely with other departments to ensure compliance with objectives and financial goals. 𝐊𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐊𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐓 𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐎𝐉𝐒𝐇𝐌𝐄: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • At least 3 years' experience in accounting, financial management or a similar role. • Very good knowledge of Albanian and English is essential. • Ability to use accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the accuracy. • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the company. • Strong organizational skills, allowing the management of many tasks and the fulfillment of deadlines in a hurry. • A high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
