Mechanical engineer responsible for production MSA Sports & Playgrounds is a company specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of children's playgrounds, Sportski grounds and Recreational equipment, with exports of products to several countries. Due to the expansion and improvement of Proizvodstvenite Procesi, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer responsible for production, who will lead Proizvodstvoto, organize the work of the team and contribute to the increase of Efficiency and quality. Tasks to be performed - Organization and management of the daily production. - Planning and monitoring of production activities. - Coordination between all production departments (welding, CNC, assembly, painting, sewing and other processes). - Organisation and allocation of work tasks. - Tracking Rokovite and ensuring timely delivery. - Quality control of the product. - Improvement of production processes and increase of productivity. - Reduce costs and waste in Proizvodstvoto. - Implementation and observance of safety regulations at work. - Tracking production through the ERP system. - Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Management. - Leadership, motivation and development of the Production team. Qualifications Required - Graduated mechanical engineering. - At least 3 years of work experience in production management (preferable). - Knowledge of metal construction, welding or machining is an advantage. - Knowledge of the technical Crtezhi. - Excellent organizational skills, by the way. - Leadership skills and teamwork. - Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. - Familiarity with MS Office. - Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. - Knowing English is an advantage. - A class B driver's license.
